To be eligible for a return or exchange, customers must provide a complete and unedited unboxing video. This video must begin from the moment the sealed package is opened and continue without any cuts, edits, or filters until the product is fully shown. Claims for damaged products without such video proof will not be accepted.

Please note that any damage caused after delivery—due to mishandling or personal use—will not be eligible for return or refund.

If your return request is approved, the item must be sent back in its original condition, along with all original packaging, including jewelry boxes and tags.

Once we receive the returned product, please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to be processed to the original payment method.

Refund:

Refund will be processed to the same account from where the payment was made after the return shipment is received and examined at our facility. For all the COD orders, a link will be sent to your registered mobile number, where you will have to fill in your bank details to redeem the refund amount. It usually takes 24 working hours to process the refund and it might take a further 4–5 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Please Note: Shipping charges are not refundable when a product is returned.
